Marketing team shares a Hot Lead with Sales Rep, Sales rep uses the Gmail/Outlook plugin to send an email. Now the Sales Rep sees 2 contacts with the same email in account with divided contact feed.Now since we are engaging users to use the Plugin more, this would an issue that would be reported and would cause more problems to us.We need to have a way for the Outlook/Gmail plugin to pick the Shared contact rather than creating a new contact for the user.Or, best fix would be that a shared contact and an own contact with the same email should be getting merged. I know this would be a huge change to our contact architecture but this will avoid the confusion of duplicate contact.
